This 88-acre historic site and estate located on the scenic shores of the Ottawa River was once the estate home of Hamnett Kirkes Pinhey, a settler in the 1820s.

Experience Pinhey's Point Historic Site, an 88-acre historic site and estate located on the scenic shores of the Ottawa River. The estate, "Horaceville" was the home of Hamnett Kirkes Pinhey, a British settler who became a leading member of Upper Canada. The site is a perfect destination for boaters, picnickers and anyone interested in exploring our ample green space.

Tours of the house and the ruins of Old St. Mary's Church are available upon request.
