Ear Falls Travel Guide

Ear Falls, Ontario is a gateway to fishing and outdoor adventures in the central Patricia Region. It is situated on the English River at the Lac Seul Reservoir on Highway 105. As North America's Bald Eagle Capital, Ear Falls provides a unique opportunity to witness these majestic birds in flight. Pakwash Provincial Park just north of the town is home to a 1.5 km long sand beach, campgrounds, nature trails and aboriginal rock paintings.

Ear Falls is now a modern community that offers a wide range of services and attractions. Recreational facilities include a nine hole golf course, a fully equipped fitness centre and arena, cross country ski trails, and miles of snowmobile trails.

The fishing and hunting opportunities around Ear Falls are well-known. The English River System and Lac Seul are great fisheries. Lodges on other great lakes include Bruce, Pakwash, Wenasaga, Wine and the Woman River Chain of Lakes. Just south of the town is Perrault Falls, featuring a breathtaking cascade of water between Perrault and Wabaskang Lakes.
