The Museum shares a building near the entrance to Tofield with the Beaverhill Lake Nature Centre. It provides a history starting with early native artifacts and then covers the coming of the European settlers and subsequent developments. Among the displays are medical histories, schools, pioneer tools and personalities, household items and early businesses. Displays are updated with items being brought out of storage and included in the displays.
